Studio School is going green!
In our continuing efforts to care for the environment, CAC will no longer be printing and mailing Studio School brochures—we will send an email prior to each semester, notifying you that courses have been posted on our web site. If you do not have access to the internet, call us at 757.425.0000 to receive course listings in the mail. Additionally, we will no longer be mailing materials lists to students unless by request. Materials lists can be downloaded online beside the appropriate class listing at www.cacv.org. We thank you in advance for helping us conserve resources.

Registration
CAC Members only may register on December 1, 2009. You must be an active CAC member to register on this day. Non-member registration begins on December 2, 2009. Registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Register by telephone (credit card only), by mail or in person. Tuition must be paid at the time of registration. No student is considered registered until all fees are paid. We cannot make confirmation calls, however students are notified in the event of a cancellation.
Registration deadline is 5pm, seven days prior to the course start date.
Payment
Add $15 to listed member price if not a CAC member. Pay by cash, check or credit card. CAC accepts MasterCard and Visa. No credit card purchases under $10. A $35 will be charged for all returned checks.
Refunds
Refunds are available only if a course is cancelled by CAC due to low enrollment. Students cancelling enrollment before the registration deadline will receive a tuition credit voucher, minus a five dollar processing fee, which can only be applied to another class at CAC.
Notes
Adult classes are for students ages 17 and up. Adult students provide their own materials unless otherwise noted. CAC attempts to reschedule any course that is cancelled. Substitute instructors may be hired without advance notification. Minimum enrollment for all courses is seven students unless otherwise noted. Most classes are held at CAC, see course descriptions for exceptions. Classroom activities may be photographed for CAC promotional use.
