Art Camp: CAC members $80/Non-members $95, unless otherwise noted.

Registration Policy

CAC Members Only Registration
Registration for CAC members only begins Saturday, April 26, 2008, 9am-noon.
You must be an active CAC member to register during these hours.
CAC will accept in-person registration only on this day, on a first-come, first-served basis.
Non-member Registration
General registration begins Saturday, April 26, 2008, noon-3pm.
Non-members are welcome to register starting at noon on this day.
CAC will accept in-person registration only on this day, on a first-come, first-served basis.
Telephone and Mail-in Registration
Telephone and mail-in applications will not be accepted by CAC staff before Monday, April 28, 2008, and are processed in the order in which they are received.
Tuition and fees are due in full upon registration. If you would like to become a CAC member, please contact Jessica Curran at 425.0000 x. 19 or visit www.cacv.org for more information.
Payment
Pay by cash, check or credit card. CAC accepts MasterCard, Visa and American Express. No credit card payments will be accepted for less than $10. A $35 fee is charged for all returned checks.
Confirmation/Reminder
It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to record course start dates. Art Campers do NOT receive a confirmation or reminder. In the unlikely event that a course is cancelled, you will be notified as soon as possible.
Deadline
Registration deadline is 5pm, seven days prior to the course start date.
Refunds
Refunds are available only if a course is cancelled by CAC due to low enrollment. Art Campers cancelling enrollment before the registration deadline will receive a tuition credit voucher, minus a $5 processing fee, which may only be applied to another class at CAC. No tuition credits will be given after the registration deadline, no exceptions.
Scholarships
A limited number of financial aid scholarships are available. Please call the education department at 425.0000 x.29 for information.
Notes
Minimum enrollment for courses is eight Art Campers, unless otherwise noted. Instructors may be substituted without notification. Courses are held at CAC, unless otherwise noted. Classroom activities may be photographed for CAC promotional use.
