Lt. Cdr. Erik S. Kristensen, USN

Lt. Cdr. Erik S. Kristensen, a Navy SEAL attached to SEAL Team 10 in Little Creek, Virginia, was leading a rescue mission into the mountains of Afghanistan in June 2005, when the helicopter ferrying him and his troops was shot down.  The incident killed him and all aboard. 

His parents, Rear Adm. Ed Kristensen and Sam Christensen, lent these materials to shed more personal insight into their only son, Erik--the man, the son, the friend, the U.S. Navy SEAL.
